*RETURNS: Items are returnable up to 5 days after receipt of your order. Buyer will pay return shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be credited to your account.

**PREORDERS: Preorders are backed by a full refund guarantee. Buyer will pay return shipping. Please email or call/text prior to making any returns to ensure that you are within the proper return policies.

 

**CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are non-refundable unless error was at fault of the store. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all custom order information is filled out correctly prior to submitting.

 

**SEZZLE PURCHASES: All purchases made through Sezzle allow orders to be paid off in 4 interest free installments. LUXE Clothiers is not responsible for processing or receiving those payments. After your order has been placed, any questions you have regarding your account and payments should be taken to sezzle.com/contact-us.

**LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED: LUXE Clothiers is not responsible for, and does not refund lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Once orders are the property of USPS, they are no longer the liability of LUXE. Any lost/stolen/damage inquiries should be addressed to USPS. All orders receive a tracking number, which is sent as a confirmation to the email provided at checkout. This will keep you up to date on where your package is in transit and where it is delivered to. You may contact your local post office and request that they hold a package at the facility for you if you prefer to pick up.

 

In-Stock orders will ship within 24 hours of being placed (Orders placed on Saturday will ship the following Monday).

 

Pre-Orders will ship within 24 hours of being received by the store.

Custom Orders will ship within 3 days of being paid for.
